  • 6" wide Strips, .060 thickness with
    1" to 3" overlaps
  • Available in clear, frosted, antistatic, opaque and amber tint
  • Excellent for personnel doors,
    conveyor opening and reach-through areas. Offers versatile and easy access at any point.

Model 6012

  • 12'' wide Strips, .060 thickness with 2" to 6" overlaps
  • Available in clear, frosted, anti-static, opaque black and amber-tint.
  • One of the most versatile and effective models for cleanrooms and dividers. The wider strip width reduces the number of strips required to cover an area, making its sealing capabilities more economical and efficient. In addition, its relatively light .060 thickness allows for easy access at any point.

Model 808

  • 8" wide Strips, .080 thickness with 1" to 4" overlaps
  • Available in clear, antistatic, amber tint and a variety of colors: Opaque, blue, gray and beige.
  • Thicker and heavier than the .060 series, these strips offer more stability and better sealing power in turbulent areas. They offer maximum durability under heavy use areas with pallets or where forklifts are required. Colored strips can be used to highlight entrance point in small rooms.

Model 12012

  • 12'' wide Strips, .120 thickness with 2" to 6" overlaps
  • Available in standard clear, UDSA low-temp, super low temp, scrim reinforced, rib, amber-tint, OSHA orange.

USES:  All shipping and receiving doors, heavy mechanical traffic areas, excellent for sound control applications.

Model 16016

  • 16'' wide Strips, .160 thickness with 3" to full 8" overlaps
  • Available in standard reinforced, super low-temp. USES: For larger, taller exterior doors, excellent for extremely windy areas.

Model 4048/8048

  • 48'' wide Strips, .040 or .080 thickness with 6" to 12" overlaps
  • For the big jobs, our largest strips are the obvious choice as permanent or temporary walls. These heavy-duty strips can effectively separate production facilities from general warehouse space.
  • .040 is available in clear and antistatic
  • .080 is available in clear and amber-tint. 24" wide strips can divide or enclose large areas economically and efficiently, while still allowing easy access through strips.

Softwalls 400 & 800

  • Solid vinyl walls consist of 48" wide 0.40 or .080 thick panels sealed together using a radio frequency vinyl sealer to create solid sheets of vinyl available in virtually any size. For ease in installation, SIMPLEX usually recommends running lengths of no more than 20' at a height of 10'. For large areas of enclosure, we recommend overlapping the soft wall sections. These overlaps can act as the entrance points into the room or can be sealed off through a number of methods.

Softwalls 60240

  • 24'' wide Strips, .060 thickness with 4" to 12" overlaps
  • Available in clear, antistatic, opaque, black and amber-tint.
  • 24" wide strips can divide or enclose large areas economically and efficiently, while still allowing easy access through strips.

Bonded Bead Mounting Hardware

The BONDED BEAD mounting system is one of the most advanced developments in the strip door industry. Because it does not use screws, the BONDED BEAD system slips quickly and easily into place, dramatically reducing installation time. Strips slide easily into an attractive durable aluminum mounting bar. The mounting apparatus' unique design makes your strip door more energy efficient than the competitive models equipped with screw or hook mountings. And unlike screw or hook-type doors, BONDED BEAD mounted doors are not susceptible to stress tears at the point of attachment.

Hook Bead Mounting Hardware

The HOOK BEAD mounting system features 2-piece construction which allows the front plate to be removed for easy strip installation and removal. The HOOK BEAD system offers all the same advantages of the bonded bead system: improved durability, better energy efficiency, and easy installation and maintenance. This mounting system is recommended for large strip dividers and barrier applications.
